Garage Band Sound Library Mac

Feb 04, 2019 I was trying to clean up my MAC and when I go to About This Mac storage, it shows the category Music Creation taking up 66.64GB of space. I don't use GarageBand so I chose Remove GarageBand Sound Library. It asks me to confirm and I hit Remove. However nothing happens, I have tried it multiple times but it is still there taking up all of that.

Me and my wife have separate Itunes accounts and have separate users on our Mac computer. Since I have tons of photos I wouldn't want to pay for ICloud to have them sync. How to share iphoto library on two macs. Once we upload our photos to our computer to our own accounts we delete them from our devices.Is there a way that we can view each other's photos without having to switch between accounts?
